So Simple Banana Smoothie

I had some over ripe bananas and I was going to make a banana cake but with them but with it being such a hot day I thought I'd have a go at making a banana smoothie instead. Here's how I did it:

Ingredients - 2 over ripe bananas chopped, 1 pint of milk, a tray of ice cubes.

Method - chuck all the ingredients into a bowl or blender and blend until smooth (yes it really is that easy!)

A minute or so later you will have a lovely refreshing banana smoothie - even my toddler loved it.

You can get about 3 tall glasses worth so if you need less just try halving the ingredients.

So refreshing!

Now I'm thinking of other fruits we could try. Do you have any tried and tested combos?
